Make a Quick Smoothie

This is the standard smoothie

Ingredients Required

1 x cup of spinach or any dark leafy greens (not lettuce)
1 x green kiwifruit
1 x large banana
1 x mug of filtered water
1 x Health In A Drink sachet

Preparation

a) Wash kiwifruit and greens
b) Peel and discard the skin of the banana. Cut the banana into 20-30 mm segments
c) Cut the ends off the kiwi fruit but leave the skin on. This increases the fiber content and contributes a lot of excellent nutrients you don't want to miss out on. Chop into segments.

Blending

a) Add all the ingredients into a blender, then pour in the contents of the Health In A Drink sachet
   (note: The plastic bag is recyclable so please place it in your recycling bin)
b) Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
c) Make sure to eliminate lumps or chew them during drinking
